The Challenge 

Randstad’s IT landscape was historically decentralized, with each country managing its own systems. While this supported local needs, it made global collaboration and alignment difficult. As the organization shifted toward a more globally connected model, it needed a structured way to unify and understand its architecture.

Randstad launched its Connect program, a global digital transformation initiative built on a strong Enterprise Architecture foundation.
